Looking for Handler Positions

I'm looking to get some information about any handler positions that may be available. I've been in law enforcement for over 9 years and am a decoy and canine medic. I recently learned that I might be getting laid off and that my department is downsizing their K9 unit. I have worked so hard to become a handler and thought that I was nearing a position, but now not only learning that we're loosing a dog man, but that I may be loosing my job is very disheartening.
