How to get a job as detection dog handler?

My question is how to get a job as detection dog handler (in Germany)? I'll buy me a GSD soon and want to train him as a detection dog (drugs or explosives) and work in some security company. I have no clue how to get such a job. So if anybody can help me and got infos please do.

• We need them to inspections at ships, aircrafts, containers, vehicles, baggages, on persons (kind of airport screen).
• We shuold visit you where your Academy or facility is to see, meet and choose the dogs, and bring them to Costa Rica.
