How to get a Job as a K-9 Trainer Handler from Germany in the USA

Hy my question is how are the requirements to get a Job as a K-9 Trainer-Handler in the USA. Is it possible and if yes how to do it and where to apply for a job. What is the requirement for the applikation. What about appartment car and insurance. Where can i find job offers ? Thanks for ur support
